Many venues claim to offer quality accommodation, but we are one of a very few places in France that have lakeside facilities that can be truly described as first class luxury lakeside accommodation for carp anglers.

Stock:We have a population of 100 beautiful hand selected carp, young hard fighting fish, with mirrors and commons to 40lbs+ backed up with lots of upper 20's and 30's, around 90% of the carp are over 20lbs, and specimen perch, bream, tench, roach and rudd also present. There are no poisson chat or catfish in the lake

Facilities:La grange" is a traditionally converted farmhouse barn on 5.5 acres of land. It sleeps 7 possible 8 and 1 baby. There is a master bedroom that is air conditioned, one twin bedroom with two large single beds and a mezzanine bedroom with one single bed and one double. A portable cot is also available & there is also a sofa bed in the living room. "La grange" is central heated & also has a large log burning fire for the colder months. It is fully equipped, with everything usually found at home, including UK free to air satellite TV. Linen and towels are included. There is a covered terrace for dining and lounging outside with a large barbecue plus a 5 meter diameter round above ground swimming pool. All situated on the grounds of a 1 acre private fishing lake containing carp up to 40lb. etc. You can fish all day and night if you want at no extra cost. The local Area is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural, but it is also within easy reach of all amenities. Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 kms away. Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop and is only a 10 minute walk . The Nearest market town is Pomarez 5 km away which has is own supermarket, post office, doctors surgery, hairdresser and tennis courts.
